We partnered with a Chinese company to meet the increasing demands.
We built the first factory of 8000 square meters.
We started exporting to more than 30 countries and decided to have a 2nd factory.
We built the second factory of 7000 square meters.
We have become a company that has received awards in its field and we have made the Tabanex brand the market leader in Turkey.
The pandemic experienced all over the world encouraged us to produce raw materials and we started sponge production by establishing the 4000 square meter Merfoam company.
We launched the Merger Europe warehouse for more comprehensive and faster shipments to the European market.
Founders of Merger with more than a quarter of a century of industry experience; Chinese company Sortics and Turkish company Tabanex brands came together and launched the Tekirdağ Çerkezköy facility at the beginning of 2017 in order to ensure the production and development of gel soles and insole production. The facility has an annual production capacity of 9.500.000 gel soles with advanced technology production techniques in a 5000 m2 closed area and is the largest gel sole manufacturer in Europe.
In 2020, we made Tabanex the market leader by reaching more than 1000 retail points. In 2022, we increased our supply chain by establishing our integrated facility to produce our own raw materials.
In 2023, we opened a warehouse in Germany to create a more effective distribution network in Europe.
As a result of the investments made by our company, which looks to the future with confidence with the importance we attach to success, quality and human health, we have succeeded in establishing our own R&D team in the production of insole and has managed to take a pioneer and leading position in the sector.
